Payments, Shipping, Returns
PAYMENTS
The prices listed on the site are inclusive of taxes and VAT. The available payment methods are as follows:
- CREDIT CARD In the case of payment by “Credit Card,” the transaction will be processed through a highly secure payment platform certified by a PCI Level 1 service provider, the most stringent certification available in the payments industry.
- PAYPAL To make the payment, you can use the PayPal system under its specific terms and conditions.
- CASH ON DELIVERY (Available for shipping within Italy only) For purchases made via Cash on Delivery, payment must be made at the time of delivery of the purchased items. This payment method incurs an additional charge of €4 to be paid by the Customer.
SHIPPING
All purchased items will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer within 3 working days from receipt of the order, unless unforeseen circumstances occur. Shipping within Italy is always free and is carried out via GLS express courier.
RETURNS
You can exercise the right of withdrawal, within the terms set out by law — 14 days from receipt of the order — directly online through the dedicated function on the website.
If you placed the order with an account, log in to your personal area, open the order details, and click the dedicated link to exercise the right of withdrawal.
If you placed the order as a guest, you will find the link to the dedicated withdrawal page in the website’s footer. To proceed, you will be asked for the order number — which you can find in the order confirmation email — and the email address used at the time of purchase.
The procedure is completed in two steps: first you identify the order, then you confirm the request. No reason needs to be given. Once confirmed, you will automatically receive, at the email address used for the order, a receipt on a durable medium, indicating the date and time of the request and an identification code.
Products being returned must have all tags and labels attached and intact, and include the original packaging and accessories received with the order.
If a return concerns a product included in an offer or promotion, and the requirements for the discount no longer apply, the voucher will be deducted.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, for a total of €7, which will be deducted directly from the refund for the items.
