We inform you that the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale outline, in compliance with current consumer protection laws, the terms and conditions for purchasing products online from NOVELLA CONFEZIONI S.r.l.<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) in a safe, easy, and convenient manner. Therefore, we invite you to read and accept them to proceed with your purchase.<\/p>\n

I. OBJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products manufactured by the Seller to consumer users and users acting for business purposes. These terms become effective from the date of acceptance by the customer on the site, which constitutes acceptance pursuant to Article 1341 of the Civil Code. The Seller confirms the correct receipt of the order via an automatic email response sent to the email address provided by the customer during registration. This confirmation message will include an “order number” to be used for any communication with the company. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, the Seller may, upon immediate refund to the customer, remove one or more products without prior notice and without affecting any promotions applied to the order.<\/p>\n
